If you wish to cancel your order 24hrs notice is required otherwise you may still be charged.
Once an order is placed, the cost of your booking and estimated dispatch will be specified in the order confirmation. Fresh in a Box will aim to ensure that prices and charges listed at the time of order are accurate, but Fresh in a Box cannot accept any liability if the information displayed is incorrect.
Fresh in a Box will inform you of the correct price or charge in the event that an error has been made. Fresh in a Box will endeavour to inform you within a reasonable time of becoming aware of this error and you will be asked if you wish to continue with your order on the basis of the correct information.
Your order will be cancelled if Fresh in a Box does not receive confirmation that you wish to proceed with your order within a reasonable period, in response to the notification.
When you place an order through the website or by telephone Fresh in a Box will then acknowledge this order. Once your order is completed successfully online, payment will then be taken from your payment card or by cash on delivery.
All items are supplied subject to availability and may become unavailable at any time. If Fresh in a box is unable to supply the item we add an alternative equal to the price of the original item.
Fresh in a Box will supply your items within the allotted times; however delays will occasionally be inevitable in circumstances such as the unavailability of specific items or due to factors outside of Fresh in a box Control. Fresh in a box will not be liable for any delay or failure to dispatch items within the estimated timescale.
Once items are delivered, they become the purchasers responsibility, all errors or faulty items must be reported within 6 hours of deliver
At present Fresh in a box delivers to Cambridge only CB1 to CB5
All prices listed include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges.
Fresh in a box will always accept return of and offer a refund for defective goods if notified within 6 hours of delivery.
Warranty as to Age and Residential Status
- That you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into any transaction through our website (including instructing us to collect any payments from a payment card or billing account).
- To use our website, phone booking and leaflets in accordance with the terms and conditions.
- You agree to be financially responsible for all transactions you undertake

None of the terms shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by a party other than you or Fresh in a Box

How do I make an order?
You can order through our easy to use website or by telephone. Registration is easy and takes only a few minutes, and once you've registered our system will remember you so you only have to do it once.
How will I know my order has been received?
Once your order has been placed you will see the order notification screen confirming your order has been placed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once you have placed your order it cannot be cancelled or changed online. However, if you contact us by telephone we will do our very best to make any amendments but 24hrs notice is required if you wish to cancel the delivery.
Is there a delivery charge?
There is no delivery charge, but the minimum order value must be £11.99 or over.
When and how quickly can you deliver?
Delivery is made on the day you requested and within, or as close as possible, to the time slot you requested.
Do you offer same day or next day delivery?
We offer next day delivery, if same day delivery if required we will do our best to help you.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

You can pay using your credit card via PayPal on our website when you place your order, or pay cash to the delivery driver when your order is delivered.
Is my payment secure?
PayPal is a highly secure and popular way to pay for things online, and most people already have a PayPal account. We never see your credit card details.
